'REMING' AS OF 4:00 AM, NOV. 30Typhoon Reming will arrive here in Manila tomorrow morning. As I write this entry, it is already pounding Bicol Region--with heavy rains and gusts reaching 225 kph. A week-long power-outage (yet again) is very possible.
I had to go out this morning to stock-up on food and get money from the ATM. Apparently, a lot of people thought of the same thing. There were long lines--kilometric long, at the store and at the bank.
I am desperate. I can't stand powerless nights anymore--i have papers to finish. I can't stand our phoneline going dead for almost a month. I am really fucking angry.
